Attentive staff, good dinner, well-organized room, friendly reception, convenient car park, comfy beds.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The hotel had a great location, not far from the city centre. It was situated in a nice area which felt safe. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was brand new and had an extractor fan. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food, although the cooked breakfast could be improved. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and there was ample parking available.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed, which affected the service quality.

The whole place was reasonably clean, I enjoyed it, and had good staff and location. I was offered a hot breakfast for the price. The room was newly remodelled in cupboard and had an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making machines.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. It was so convenient to have the main breakfast area right on site, making it easy to grab a delicious meal before heading out for the day. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry all available. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. We especially enjoyed the comfortable sitting area in our room and the terrace outside, where we could relax and enjoy the garden furniture. The free toiletries and electric kettle were also a nice addition. The television and AM/FM alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

In terms of amenities, this place had it all. It had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, so there was no need to look for pubs or shops elsewhere.

Quiet and fairly clean place with a warm reception. I really enjoyed the room in cupboard, my bed was lovely. The food was delicious, with lots of options.

The hotel is a suitable place for a weekend in Nottingham.

The staff were brilliant, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast was lovely, with generous portions. The gym and pool area were great, especially the spa which I had all to myself. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the on-site parking was very convenient. The location was also good, just a 10-minute walk to Trent Bridge for cricket and not far from the city centre. There were plenty of buses available if I didn't want to walk, and there were shops and pubs nearby for food options.

We are happy to say that we really enjoyed staff and location. The pool area is great too.

Allowed car in car park for extra day. Helpful staff, good parking. Easy access to sport event venue. Secure bike storage.

Pleasant staff and location, really enjoyed it. Bruce Drive bus station was around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel. Fast check-in was a bonus. Moreover, I parked at the onsite.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short drive away from the center of Nottingham. Our room was spacious and great value for money. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options including a full English, fruits, cereals, and porridge. it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel is a brilliant one, it offers gorgeous breakfasts and perfect location near river to ground.

Had real good stay overall, cosy place and the weather was summery. The room was immaculate with very clean beds. The restaurant was excellent, it had delicious dishes.

Good services, welcoming room, clean environment. Fabulous staff & nice pool. Bed was extremely comfy, I enjoyed it. Plenty of food for the continental breakfast.
